Review: I graduated in the early 2000's from AMERICAN BARBER INS ..I sent my 660 hour certifcate of barber cousre completion tothe school to be restorated by owner..the schools owner has been more then patient with me trying to get it sent to me but by him being so busy running two shops he leaves it up to his staff to do his work for him. mean while The staff members ive spoken to STILL have yet to do their part and or do the research on finding my cerficate and sent it back to me it going on three yrs and I can't proform ANY barbering dutys or make money cause of this..I would love to continue an ongoing education with the shool but I can't cause I feel this will happen againDesired Settlement: if their is any way possiable I would like to have my certifcate mailed to me with NO PROBLEMS with ME or THE OWNER

Prior to issuing a certificate to a student who graduated from A.B.I.. more than six years ago, we ask that he/she provide official documentation whether it is recepit or Enrollment Agreement to verify that he/she attended and graduated from our institution. We recently learned that [redacted] filed a complaint to the Revdex.com, statig that we failed to issue her a copy of her certficate of completion in 2008. However, at the time, [redacted] failed to provide any form of proof that she was an ABI Graduate. Secondly, after informing her of the process, she never returned with the required documenation. in fact, she never came back since that initial visit to remedy the siuation. It wasn't until we received correspondence from the Revdex.com of New York, that a complaint was filed did we reach out to her to remedy the situation. I called [redacted] on August **, 2013 at 12:15pm and next Monday she will come to our school with the necessay proof and will be issued a certificate. I am submitting this letter at the request of [redacted].
