This was a previous customer of another company. We never represented that we were that company. Customer stated that he was not happy with them and that is why he no longer did business with them. If he is not satisfied with certain products, everything delivered has a 100% guarantee of...

satisfaction and we will replace any product he is not completely happy with. He refuses to give us any opportunity to rectify this situation. The order is under contract and again, anything he is not happy with can be replaced.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: We signed a contract to receive services from this company. To sign the contract we had to make the first payment of $50. We were told we have until 5/** to cancel contract with no penalty. We canceled contract due to secondary issues we had with the contract that were not fully discussed. We gave both verbal and written notice of this cancellation. We are still expecting our deposit back. We have had numerous calls ignored. They have since told us they have changed ownership in April. Upon telling them that the issue was in May they changed their answer to June. This is not a company I want to deal with anymore.Desired Settlement: I expect my deposit returned

Review: I was under the impression that this company was the same as national grocer. Their food was not the same as national grocery so I canceled my order and they dont want to fix it.Desired Settlement: For them to tt
