Absolutely atrocious customer service and communication. This place took 3 weeks before they finally called me after I had initially requested info from Settler's Life and then I spoke with a nice lady who said she would call me back after I received a packet in the mail. I got the packet and when I tried calling the number it rings busy every single time. When I finally get through I reach Jessica and she offers to just have me wait until the agent contacts me directly and "if you're having trouble with the communication, you can always just toss the application in the trash." Absolute garbage company and garbage customer service.
