Do not stay here, the manager Kenny is so rude and the motel is absolutely filthy. I had family members that had an emergency situation and needed a place to stay quickly. I live out of town and wanted to help them out with their motel fee. I called and asked for a manager. Kenny said, there was no manager on duty until Monday (it was Sunday). I was asking questions about doing a payment over the phone and how the credit card authorization process went. I was headed into town but wasn't sure I would make it before it was time for my family to check out. Kenny, rushed me off the phone, telling me he'd given me enough information and that he couldn't stay on the phone all day explaining things to me. He stated that he had other customers and that he had talk to me long enough. When I got to Best Value Inn, Kenny and another gentleman were behind the desk. I paid the fees and asked if Kenny was the manger (taking note that the name on the business card plainly stated Kenny Patel...Manager). Now remember, Kenny had previously told me there would be no manager on duty until Monday. I took his card and informed him that I would be giving him EVERY bad review I could. I would be emailing the Revdex.com and notifying them of his lack of customer service. And that I would also be contacting Best Value Inn and Suites corporate office and that he should expect a phone call from his superiors.
