After several attempts in this establishment to purchase lottery tickets the sale representative is always busy on his phone and don’t want to be interrupted so after requesting lottery tickets he would not get up from his seat he’ll just yell out the machine is down. If they won’t render the service they are advertising I suggest they get rid of the machines and the false advertisement.
