Review: On 7/**/14 I inquired with [redacted] online to get more information of placing an advertisement to sell my boat. On 7/**/14 [redacted] from [redacted] called me and after discussing how the ad would work, I agreed to pay the $200 ad fee and provided my [redacted] card number,[redacted] said he would email me a receipt for the charge. Within minutes [redacted] sent me a link to update the boat information and upload photos, and did not provide a sales receipt. Within 12 hours after that initial transaction, I decided not to use the [redacted] service and I requested to [redacted] that I would like to cancel the ad process.
At that time, I did not upload any additional information or photos to complete the posting of the ad. On 7/**/14 [redacted] left a voicemail and said that he spoke to his boss and that they are unable to provide a refund due to company policy and that I chose to place and ad, and I authorized the $199 charge. [redacted] provided that he can apply a credit for myself or a friend in the future. I replied by email to [redacted] requesting a written policy regarding refunds- [redacted] nor any [redacted] associate/representative has not responded to my request. After the voicemail from [redacted], I immediately contacted [redacted] and filed a dispute regarding the charge.
The company American Boat Listing/[redacted] has failed to provide any refund policy, or have not refunded a purchase that was cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Additionally, the company did not provide a sales receipt for my [redacted] transaction.
At no time was there any advertisement regarding my boat on the [redacted] website. My request to cancel was sent within 12 hours of purchase, and I did not complete the ad processing by uploading photos or additional information.Desired Settlement: $199 credit card charge refunded to the provided [redacted] account immediately

Review: Company (Andrew Y[redacted]) claimed that my boat would be listed on over 40 websites for a fee of $200 which was not true. It was under 10 although he sent several bogus websites. I never received any calls from Buyers in the 2 months my boat was listed. Andrew stated he had several buyers for my boat that would be calling me but never did receive one call. I would like this scammer to pay back my $200.Desired Settlement: I would like the $200 I paid for misrepresentation advertising and lack thereof to be refunded.

Review: On 8/**/2014 I called [redacted] about an ad that was listed on [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] about listing my boat for sale.
He said he would list my boat with 40 different web sites for $200.00 and would run the ads until sold. He was to send me the 40 web sites. As of this writing I have not received the web addresses. I sent pictures of my boat and paid the $200.00 with my credit card to American boat Listing, LTD 9/*/2014 I paid 200.00 for a service and I don't even know if he has listed my boat with anyone. I have called many times and he will not return my calls. Sounds like a scam to me.Desired Settlement: To stop future scamming.

Review: I was approached via telephone by a gentleman named [redacted]. He had seen my ad on [redacted] for my boat and called regarding a company he is affiliated with which sells boats. He told me they could sell my boat and after conversing
with [redacted], I purchased an ad. The ad was for $200. He told me I would receive confirmation shortly and I was to send pictures of the boat. Four days later, today, I haven't received any confirmation and called [redacted] and informed him that
I changed my mind and do not want to do business with them and would he please refund my $200 to my credit card. He told me he would not refund my money and I should have called him within two hours of our conversation to let
him know I never received confirmation. I didn't know I was supposed to receive it within two hours. I looked on line for my ad and it was not there. When I informed him of same, he told me they were waiting for photos. While I was on
line, I noticed several boats that were listed with the notice: "Image coming soon" He refused to issue me a credit and hasn't placed the ad. I asked him for an address and he refused to give me the address of the business. I asked him
for his last name, and he refused to give it to me and hung up on me twice.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund on my credit card. I am not seeking any other compensation.
