Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am unable to read the owners written response, however I do see that he mentioned 515, $100, and the words "old jacket" My jacket was purchased less then months prior to the incident, therefore it was still quite new The agreement given to me by the [redacted] on the day of the incident, as agreed to by the [redacted] over the phone, was to replace the jacketI have a copy of the agreement if proof is needed I was also demanded by the [redacted] over the phone in March, when I was cursed at and hung up on by him, to provide the original purchase price and purchase date of the jacket I attempted to provide this [redacted] with the information that he requested in the days that followed, NUMEROUS times, with no return phone calls If he were to call me back, and I was able to provide him with the information that he had asked for, he would have seen that this jacket was NOT old (as he claims it to be), and he can see that it cannot be replaced with his offer of $ I would like for the [redacted] to stand by his word and send me the money for replacement of the jacket It is not my intention to go back and forth with the business owner I would love to have resolution and be done with this matter, and it is confusing as to why he will not take responsibility for his business and his word In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I am unable to read the owners written response, however I do see that he mentioned 5/**/15, $100, and the words "old jacket".  My jacket was purchased less then 5 months prior to the incident, therefore it was still quite new.  The agreement given to me by the [redacted] on the day of the incident, as agreed to by the [redacted] over the phone, was to replace the jacket. Review: I purchased a Pomeranian/Poodle mix from the [redacted] American Breeders on Sunday, March **, 2015. According to the papers the store supplied me, he had NO medical issues. I brought him to [redacted] that is affiliated with this store and its [redacted]. (The veterinarian informed me that he has been working with [redacted] for the past 8 years.) The veterinarian, [redacted], checked out my dog and told me he had a heart murmur. This was not on the paper work the store supplied me. [redacted] then told me that he indeed did check my dog at that store prior to me purchasing it and told the girls working there that he does indeed have a heart murmur. [redacted] said that he checked his notes and that this was in his notes. However, the "high school girls at the store forgot to write that down." That's a pretty big issue for them to "forget to write down." The doctor went on to call the [redacted] on his cell phone, since he was "unavailable" at the store. The [redacted] RIGHT away said he would pay half of the EKG needed and would extend my warranty on the dog to 5 years, then he said 8 years, then he quickly said 10 years. I am now scheduling a $500 EKG for a dog that I paid $1,700 for, which at the time was told had NO heart conditions. This is a chronic condition that will have to be constantly monitored.Desired Settlement: We would like $1,400 off the price of the $1,700 that we paid. If this was advertised like he was legally supposed to, the dog would sell for a lot less. We are only willing to pay at the MOST $300.

Review: On 3/*/15 a dog attacked me in this establishment, ripping a hole through a down coat. A consumer had to help pry the dog's mouth open to release me, with multiple patrons as witness. Once I spoke to the [redacted], she stated there was a sign to beware of dog, but "the dog ate the sign and they did not have another sign posted yet". She spoke to the [redacted], and he stated he would "alter and/or replace the jacket". I have a written incident report written by the [redacted] stating this. I provided a receipt for the cost of the replacement jacket on March **, what the [redacted] stated I was supposed to submit for reimbursement, since the damaged jacket was unrepairable. [redacted] called me on March **, first stated he would only pay for a portion of the cost, then demanded a receipt for the original jacket to pay. When I reminded him of the original agreement to replace the jacket, he became aggressive, yelling and stating profanity at me, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have made 3 more attempts to contact him, with proof of original purchase payment, and I have never gotten a return phone call or response ever.Desired Settlement: I would like for this "business" and it's [redacted] to honor the incident report agreement written on 3/*/15, and pay for replacement of this jacket in the amount of the receipt given to the business on March **, 2015.

I BOUGHT A PUPPY FROM THIS PET STORE , WHICH AT THE TIME WAS NOT PLANNED SO IT WAS AVAILABLE TO GET THIS CC I WAS TOLD CALLED WAGS WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE NOT A CC ITS A FINANCIAL LEASE COMPANY AND THERE FOR I AM PAYING ALMOST 3,000 DOLLARS FOR MY CUTE SICK PUPPY INSTEAD OF 1200 WHICH IS WHAT SHE WAS SELLING FOR......THE SALES PERSON DID NOT EXPLAIN IT WAS GONNA COST ME SO MUCH MONEY CAUSE WHY THE HECK WOULD I DO THAT I WOULD OF WAITED AND BOUGHT A DOG FROM A REAL BREEDER.....MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY A DOG FROM THIS PET STORE AND IF U DO USE A CC OR WALK OUT.....
