Took around 20K from my elderly mother and never completed the work nor honored his warranty. He made numerous promises to come back and finish but never showed up. He always had an excuse.
The company did a complete roof replacement, I ended up with two separate roof leaks, took months to repair. Utility room still not repaired from leak
Mr. M did a complete roof replacement on May 04, 2015. I ended up with two separate leaks in my brand new roof that took months to find and repair. My utility room leaked from the ceiling for months until the leaks were fixed. Now I have mold and water damage to my utility room ceiling, wall, and possibly behind my cabinets. I have numerous texts back and forth where he agreed to come and complete the job but as of today he has not. He has not contacted me since 07-25-16, almost a year ago. He has not intention of completing the work and repairing my utility room.
I would like for him to either repair my utility room back the way it was (no damage at all in the room) or let me hire another contractor to do the work and have Mr. M pay for the repairs.
After Ms. notified ABC of the leak(being 1 LEAK) ,it took ABC a few weeks to determine where said leak was leaking. ABC came out during a rain storm to pin point the exact location of the leak. After rain had cleared and roof had dried ABC made several 4 or 5 attempts to schedule a time to repair the interior damage(minor damage) cause by leak. Ms. was nothing but uncooperative and unhelpful each time I tried to schedule a time for my team to repair minor damage. After being called a crook I stopped contacting her.
If I was crook I would not have continued contacting her the 4 or 5 times. But after having Ms. accuse me of being a crook I stopped trying to help her.
I will resolve this matter with MY team whenever we can get 2 dates scheduled to complete job.

I have probably 100 emails back and forth where I had contacted Mr. M to complete the job, plus repair my utility room, and each time he would state that he needed to check his schedule. Then I would not hear from him. If necessary I would like to provide printed copies of all of the emails back and forth between he and I. I also have numerous emails regarding this issue between me and my ***, ***. Is there an address where I can print all of this information and mail it for Revdex.com to review? It's too much information to include here. This will prove that what Mr. M states in his email is incorrect.
Also, I need to know how long he expects the repair to take so that I will know what dates I can provide. I also need to know details beforehand of everything that he expects to do in writing.
I would like to come Saturday July 22 2017 to inspect the repair. Then at that time set up dates to complete the repair.Repairs should take no more than 3 days. I don't know exactly what the repairs will be until I inspect it.The men that will be doing the repairs work for me,they are subcontractors for me.I cant put repairs in writing at this time until I do an inspection.

The date that Mr. M provided has past. We will need to schedule the date for September because we are only allowed 2 days off at work in August because it's our fiscal year-end, and I have them already booked with other appointments.
I'm asking Mr. M to provide a date in September now and I will ask for a half day off so that he can come over and check out the damage to my utility room. I need to know which time span will work for him. Either 8 to noon or 1 to 5pm.
Then I want Mr. M to provide complete details about how the repairs will be done, how long it will take, and confirm the dates for the work to be done (start date and completion date), all within the Revdex.com website for tracking purposes.
