[redacted] we wanted a complete renovation of the bathroom and the kitchen, if the job was too big for them to handle they shouldn't have taken our moneythe heater mentioned was not installed up to code since they didn't bother to put on an expansion tank, the heating elements they used weren't even the correct voltage which caused a catastrophic system failure almost instantly after moving in which I had repaired by [redacted] for more then what the tank costthey didn't use any pipe dope so all pipes they installed or patched as I should say,even though we were told they would be replaced all leak and the kitchen sink wasn't even connected to anything just pouring water under the housethe comment about hardship is a lie roy wanted all the money up front we told him we would give him half not because we didn't have it because that's just stupid without a contract, he said fine he will get a crew in here and have it done in two weeks, three months pass and another job still not done nor did I ever see this crew just one old guy john ( who we were also paying outa pocket) and roys son, unless you count the multiple contractors I had to pay for out of pocket which included the electrition that only replaced the box didn't bother to see if any of the outlets work, we also had paid for the gas lines separately and the hvacso what exactly was I paying roy for because I cant tell what if anything he actually didthey didn't even cut the counters well u can see spots where they went to far with the circular saw and when I pointed it out roy just laughed and said yea we had hoped you wouldn't notice thatby the way that heater Installation was also paid for separately and a completely different job separate from the renovation job I first started the complaint about

I feel any money owed is irrelevant when we had to pay another professional to fix the job Mr. W [redacted] was paid to do which is why he was fired not because we were unable to pay, but because of his incompetence. which is why I have initiated this complaint in the first place. therefore I have attached yet another document, proving how the labor was done incorrectly with the water heater as well as everything else he touched in our home.

and requested by Mrs.[redacted] and approved. As work progressed other "conditions" evolved and had to be addressed that were not included in the original discussion. Additional "conditions" required monies that the homeowner had not planned on and required additional time and expense for ABC,LLC. It was noted by Mrs. [redacted] that this was creating a financial hardship on her and that she did not have any more resources to finish at this time and would call me later when to come back. The "professional" services Mr. [redacted] refers to was to clean out their main sewer which we did not do or charge for. The other "professional" was an electrical company that had to replace their main electrical panel due to spliced wires hidden in the wall above the electric box that Mrs. [redacted] saw. It required a licensed electrical contractor to do this work. This was one of the "conditions" as mentioned above. American Built Construction LLC. has never been asked for the keyand would gladly return.American Built Construction, LLC. works very hard to satisfy thei customers but a company cannot do work without getting compensated. There is a balance of $1375.00 still outstanding.
