Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/15) */
Unfortunately that is not what happenedThey did get the Grand Prix and was unhappy with itWe offered to fix it and they decided that they just wanted to trade it in for a different vehicle, which we allowed them to do a straight across trade
with no more money downThey purchased *** & *** on the Grand Prix which wasn't trasferable to the VWWe explained to them that they could get *** for the VW but that it would be more expensiveThey declined the *** so we told them that we would get the refund for the *** & *** and that we would take the *** refund off their first month payment, the *** refund we would just take off their balanceThey had the VW for months and never made one paymentThey also had the Grand Prix for one month and never made a paymentEverything that they told us was wrong with the VW we fixed and never charged them a penny forWe called them numerous times and explained to them that they needed to make a payment within weeks or we was going to repossess the vehicleThe lady said she would talk to her husband because they really wanted to just trade it in for another vehicle, which we told them they couldn't do thatA week before repo we called several times again, and once again she said she would speak to her husbandAfter no response back we repossessed the vehicle for nonpaymentWe then come in the next morning and they have broken into the VW and stole the radio out of itWhen we finally got ahold of them we told them they could have their belongings within days if they gave us back the radio and the keysShe then said she was going to call the policeShe came to our office with a police officer wanting her belongingsShe gave us the original radio that was in the vehicle plus their keys and she got her belongings
In our defense we do not believe they this customer should get any money backThey had vehicles through us for a total of months with no payments on either vehicleWe understand that the VW was having issues and they was unhappy and thats why we didn't charge them anything to fix any of the problemsWe apologize that it had to come to this, but we wouldn't be in business if we allowed everyone to not make their monthly payments

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They r not being truthful, theyvhad us living n Lebanon noI contacted them they never called back I went to the police the day they took the car they wrecked the car I have pictures to prove I have receipt where we paid

Again all of that is false. I have no idea who this lady is nor is she on any contracts. [redacted] has been a life long customer and we would never do any to intenionally try to [redacted] him over. For her to say the DMV said the vehicle had been sold 3 times before [redacted] and had been rejected each time is a flat out lie. We have documention showing that when the Rollback was returned to us and when we sold it to [redacted]. There is no one in between that time frame that we sold it to. It's unfortunate that someone that has never even stepped foot in this office and has no idea about the situation can contact Revdex.com with a complaint. We spoke to [redacted] about her making these alligations and he said they are not even together and that she just likes to start problem. So I'm not sure what the issue is, but we have settled the issue with [redacted]. We have also never threatened to repossessed any of his other vehicles nor even spoke about sueing. In fact he just sent his daughter up to purchase a vehicle from us. She actually purchased the vehicle on 11/13/17. Again this lady that is contacting the Revdex.com is no relation to [redacted] and we would like this matter to be resolved.

This vehicle was given a 30 day/1000 mile warranty through us (Cars R Us). Customer has now had vehicle for 5 months and has drove over 16000 miles. Customer complained that vehicle was giving her problems but once we told her that the repairs would be her responsibilty since the warranty had...

expired she threatened to leave the vehicle on the side of the road. We then located her and she has been in Oklahoma, KC and Arkansas for more than 30 days. Our contract states that we do not allow our customers to reside more than 150 miles from the car lot which is in Strafford, Mo. The address she originally gave us the mail came back stating that it was a hotel and no one by that name stayed there. She then gave us a PO Box but the mail also came back to us stating that the PO Box had been closed. When she came in for repairs she stated that she was living in KC, Mo which is more than the 150 miles that we allow, but when we did a history check on the GPS it showed that she was coming from Oklahoma. At the time she came in she still could not give us an address. She also is 35 days late on her repairs which is an automatic repossession as well. I have attached the documants where she signed that she would not live more than 150 miles from the car lot in Strafford, Mo and I am also attaching her repair statement that she signed stating that if it was not paid she would be up for repossession as well.

I am rejecting this response because:
After he signed the paper accepting the money, because they charged him a lease on a vehicle he was buying,...

the license bureau told us this was the third time they had sold the truck to different people and they tried to get it legal and the title had been rejected.  He needed what money he could get to put down on a tow truck he had found, so he could make money to pay on the rest of the cars he is buying from them. He should get credit on his 400% interest on the other 5 vehicles he is buying from them instead of charging his an illegal lease fee since it is a buy contract they made him sign. If we would have broke the contract they would have taken all the vehicles back and sued us. [redacted] called me and told me I didn't understand what was going on and I needed to back off, I understand that the lady at d.m.v. had no reason to lie to me about how many times they have sold the truck and had the same title rejection. 2500 was not even half of what he had paid on it. I also understand I was the first person to read the contracts on his vehicles to him as his reading comprehension is about 4 to 5 grade level.
Sincerely,[redacted]

We have resolved this matter. The customer returned vehicle and was given $2500 back. Both parties were satisfied.

Unfortunatley that is not true. Regardless she is now 35 days late on her repairs which we allow 30 days before repossession. Our contract clearly states that you are not allowed to live more than 150 miles from the car lot. She is not able to prove residence so the contract is voided.

I am rejecting this response because: one I was not coming from Oklahoma I came from kansas city mo and I did not tell them I lived in Kansas city I told them I traval a lot and I been in Kansas city mo for a little so I can try to fine me a house there and then I go but if I can't have my car there then I won't move there but I have to go back there that day to get my kids and the repairs they have it on a payment plan and the last repair they did I paid in full so I don't know what repiar they talking about but I want the money I paid for it and the parts I put on it from a different shop I paid for in the last 2 weeks then they took the truck so I want that and what I paid for for the truck  and she snowed it was a hotel and I can go were I want in the truck I'm paying for it and I have family and people all over the place to go see and visit
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Unfortunely when we sold the International rollback to [redacted] we was unaware that there was a current lien on vehicle. The vehicle was repossessed from another customer of ours and when [redacted] bought vehicle we just signed title over to him unaware of any liens. After [redacted]...

[redacted] title the Rollback he received a letter in the mail from the DMV stating the title would not be issued due to a current lien. [redacted] then contacted us and that is when we became aware of the situation. We contacted the DMV and an attorney and thought this was something that would just be a easy fix since the lien was a UCC filing and not through the DMV. [redacted] wanted  to continue to keep the Rollback until we could fix the issue. We have been working with an attorney trying to resolve the issue. Once we found out that it wasn't going to just be a quick fix we asked [redacted] to return the vehicle. He didn't want to because he was still using the Rollback for his business. We had a lady come out to our office from the DMV and explain the issue. We then talked to [redacted] and asked for him to come in and talk to the owner and discuss a refund and the return of the vehicle. [redacted] then came in and spoke with the owner and came to an agreement. [redacted] agreed to return Rollback and would get a refund of $2500 since he had been using the vehicle. [redacted] also signed a notorized paper stating that he agreed on the full refund and that no further action would be taken. So to our understanding this matter was settled. As far as the DMV stating to his significant other that there was 2 other people that tried to title the Rollback and it was rejected is not true. We are not even sure who this lady is. We have never had any contact with her at all. Please contact us with any further questions. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I told her I not have the pornos no more and she asked were I was staying and I told her at the hotel and she go ok give me the address and I have it to her and I told her I be staying there to I get me a place and I'm paying for the car and they can't tell me were to drive my car and when people have life's to leave and go visit people that sick so long as they got paid it should not matter like everyone tell me and I want my money I paid for my tags and this month that I paid for my truck and I want the money for all the parts I just put on it like a week ago
Sincerely,
[redacted]
