they saw my kid, asked for $ up front, she dropped it, they said get outta the cab no ride for u then lied about it..she is 15. it was late. they liedwe have witnesses..I called them and they said they went to pick her up three x and she wasn't there..she was and had two adults waiting with her..they go to let her in the car, she couldn't find her ten dollar bill ( I been using this service a yr and half they know I pay and tip double) the lady said I don't see your money get out and left a teenager stranded alone in the dark, I called and they said she wasn't there..the witnesses saw them throw her outtta the cab, I called back and they refused to pick her up and they lied, my kid was scared to death she has ptsd and a panic disorder so do I. do u kno wwhat this did to us? poor poor practice and this is common practice and its only on the night crew and they hang up on you too, very nasty pple you don't leave a teen hanging in the dark if she doesn't show u the money up front.Desired Settlementi want the ten bux back I am sure she dropped in the back seat, I want cryustal the dispatcher fired, I want the owner to have some sort of file against her publicly..and I really want them out of business..at least the night crew. they lied, I want an apology a week of free rides and my kids ten bux back ..there are witnesses that this woman flat out lied and then said my boss said I am not allowed to pick her up..my teen had to go to a bar, to get help!! any human woulda helped a child she is a good kid..all they had to do is call me and say can u pay when I get her home? ask anyone on the day shift I use them daily and I pay 4 bux per ride and tip two bux.. u don't leave a child stranded in the dark at a bar throw her outta cab like a [redacted] and then lie about it.Business Response im the owner at american cab and I went fot that call. so lets start by saying we dont ask people how old they aresofor her to be at a bar to me mines she 21 years old and for 2 she got in car and said she didnt have money and we cant take people with no money we dont work for free and im sure u dont work for free I ask her if she could call someone and she said no I even went out of my way to tell the person she was standing with that they need to go back for her because she had no money and I wouldnt take her and she said ok.we had to go as far as calling police on thAT lady that night because she was swearing on phone at us never said she would pay for cab for kid
