I have work with this company and they a A+, the service was excellent and I received a modification that took my interest rate from 9.126% to 3% with [redacted] It did take months but it was worth it

Anyone looking into this company for help with lowering their monthly mortgage or interest rate better keep looking! At first they act like your best friend and will promise you that they can cut your payment about in half! They stole THOUSANDS from us and did nothing!!! We could have done the research and completed the same forms that they had us fill out Once they used up our money, suddenly all of their phones were "no longer in service" Now, we got a letter that they are revoking their authorization to speak on our behalf and that "from here on out" we are on our own! This company SUCKS! Very unprofessional!!!!!!

I have been working with Miss [redacted] at American Capital Revitalization Group for months I just got my new loan terms in the mail and I am very excited with my new payments I am posting this because when I was first researching ACRG I noticed the poor grade When I asked Miss [redacted] she started to explain how Revdex.com makes you pay for grades Shame on you Revdex.com I just hope this review can help someone else because we couldnt be happier with the results Miss [redacted] and ACRG got for us

I'm writing this review in regards to my parents mortgage loanThey used this company in hopes of renegotiating their mortgage payments to an affordable rate and now that they've been paid, and the trial period is over and this company is not returning their phone calls or receiving any help in regards to their loanThe bank refuses to contact them or speak to them based on the 3rd party agreement with the this companyThey are now receiving a letter from the bank in regards to possible foreclosureDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE A RIP OF!

Do not use American Capital Revitalization Group, they will take your money and run. My father in law came within weeks of losing his house and these people wouldn't return our calls for help. In the beginning, Customer Service claimed they were in communication with the mortgage company and all papers are being forward. Once I talked to the mortgage company they had no idea who or what I was talking about. His mortgage company never received any paper work from this company pertaining to his mortgage. My father in law paid this company $2000 dollars and probably never see that money again. But that is ok, because there is a special place for people like them.
