This Matter has been resolved long ago as the customer was misinforming me of most
information and making accusations that were very untrueThey said the dolly had NOT been tested after Ivy delivered it to them and SHE Did in fact plug it into her pickup with a Flat pigtail and showed them that it worked properly And that all the lights and the Brakes and Brake adjustment workedI had I vy return to the customer and magically everything worked as it did when it was originally delivered. I'm guessing what may have happened is that on the six way plug adapter that the customer bought, the ground was in a different positionThe old generation used to use the center pole for the groundThe center pole is Absolutely Not the ground, it is the accessory wireSome Companies , most I should say, make the six way connector / adapter so thast you can move the two confusing wires to the proper positionWe Don't sell the adaptors and have No bearing on whether the customers motorhome is wired properly or notWe sell Car Dollies, Not Adapters and MotorhomesAt Any rate, this matter was resolved Long ago and We have No problems that we're aware of with our customers of Any kind.
