I am rejecting this response because: after going over what little paperwork I do have I noticed that on the bill of sale for the buick I was supposed to get manny wrote he was selling it to me for $300 yet on the contract that I signed for the payments I believe it was over $600 that he said I would be paying him. I personally do not have a copy of that but I am sure he does it makes me wonder why one says one price and the payment agreement says another. in addition to that when the contract was signed to make payments on the buick I was never given the opportunity to start making payments given the car wasn't working. Manny kept the car instead stating he would fix it and I didn't hear from him for 3 days as to which he didn't offer to give me the Buick he said to pick up the Isuzu. I had already cancelled insurance and transferred it per his instruction as well as the title for the Isuzu was already signed back over to Manny. It just seems as if he's the one with all the cards in his hands since he has both cars one signed over to him and the other he has a lien on the title but never held up on his end of the bargain with the Buick. I also have numerous texts in my phone of him continuously scheduling appointments and the cancelling them the day of which I can show you guys if needed however that may be several files that need to be attached. in addition I had to pay to get a rental because during the time that I had the Isuzu and Manny gave me a false temp tag I was pulled over by the cops and given a verbal warning once and a ticket warning the second time, I'm not asking for a refund on that although I feel I should. however, I've gone above and beyond securing transportation due to the runaround that I was given for over 3 months and this is unacceptable any respectable business would not treat a customer this way, and given that I reached out within the first two days with no conclusion I feel as if I am at a loss due to this whole situation being a mess. I do still have the title to the Buick since that was supposed to be the car that I was buying and I am more than willing to return it but only if I can get a refund especially since the isuzu title is already signed over to manny and is no longer in my name so I dont see how he is going to file abandonment charges when the title is signed over to him. I've attached a copy of the bill of sale that shows $300 I was never issued a copy of the payment agreement but it was written on notebook paper in addition i've included failed emissions as well as a couple of other files to support my claims since manny kept my original paperwork for the isuzu as well as my original temp tag and the false one he gave me. I do have more paper work that wouldnt fit and will send it if needed thank you for your time
Regards,
