Review: Hi went for a car wash today 1/**/2014 ( I purchased my car at [redacted] and they give Full Service Car Wash Plans 12 free car washes once a month)Anyway last month I was told by the cashier at American Car Wash that next month was my last free wash (which was January) I went in today waited 45 minutes to get the car washed and when I went to pay I was told the card expired on January [redacted] (as I recall the month goes to January **) anyway the [redacted] came over and started saying there is nothing he can do and whats the bid deal ""You are driving and expensive car and are complaining to pay $17.00 embarassing me in front of other customer"" .He was very unprofessional the way he spoke to me and rude.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for the way I was spoke to and a refund for the car wash
