We are Sorry Mr*** is Not satisfied with our service I have spoken with Mr*** several times and Made additional service calls to address his complaint! With a 3rd scheduled appointment where our Supervisor was refused at the door
to try and correct any complaints as he has stated in this complaint
I must also add our technician on the 1St initial visit had offered additional services at clearly listed on contract to help restore the worn dis colored and damage carpet and older worn upholstery Mr*** agreed too the additional cost to use premium chemicals to help restore the worn/damaged carpet & upholstry and signed not once but twice!
It was not until Mrs*** returned from her vacation several days past our written guarantee had expired that this became an issue as she stated she was displeased with her husband spending the extra money to try and restore the worn and damaged carpet and upholstryI personally made sure we went out even after our guarantee had expired not once ! Not twice! But times to clean and re do our initial work and we're just told to "go away" on our 3rd trip to try and resolve the complaint! We feel it is a case that we have done all that we can to rectify and after many conversations feel this is also buyers remorse in the absence of Mrs*** and she will not accept any result except a refund which after different service calls with waisted of fuel labor and resources that could have been used for a new customer
We Strongly!feel we have gone above and beyond the industry standard and in good faith made an attempt to resolve the complaint and cannot justify a refund! We apologize if this is not their desired result
I would gladly provide a signed original contract that Mr*** signed and authorized the additional charges to the Revdex.com if requested to vacate any accusations that charges were added without consent as for Mr*** had to sign for the price before our technician is even allowed to start Any and all work agreed to per our standard operating procedures!
