I am *** the owner of the carwashI was here at the wash the entire timeThe person making the complaint was not hereMy driver did not speed out of the exiting shoot, that I have on videoThe girl said not to touch her carShe came in with a donut spare on the carIt looks like when she got
the original flat tire something may have kicked up and broke the clip that clips the bumper to the rear quarter panelwhen the air dryer wind which blows the water off the car caught it and dislodged it from its positionShe said do not touch the carShe called her father who showed up cursing and threating everyone in sightI came out to calm him down, explaining what I thought occurred and preceded to tell him we have a shop and we can put it back on no problemThat wasn't good enoughHe kept up with his profanity using gay slurs against meThen physically assaulted me, then while trying to phone the police he slapped my phone out of my hands and broke itWas continuing to try to fight me when the police arrivedI also have that all on videoI told him after all that I would not be repairing anything on his carHe then continued on, while the police where thereHe was put into the cop car and given a ticket for I believe disorderly conductI have since signed a simple assault complaint and a criminal miscCourt date to followI will not be repairing any car for this person

There was a spare but no damage to my car prior to entering wash, if you didnt damage it why offer to fix it ? As for our issue see you in court , my ins co will get my money back , ive used your car wash since I moved here in and had a detail, check social media everyone complains about your buisness and when I went for report officer admitted to other cars getting damaged there.Im not dumb I wouldnt take a damaged car thru your washMy ins will cover the repairs no fault to me , ill get my from your insHave great day *** , please hire legal documented employees that speak English so if you ever have this issue again they wont run and hide
