Office personnel are very friendly and pleasant to deal with; important information is communicated in timely manner. Cost estimates are explained in detail including available options and choices. Managers and crew are very professional and efficient. Clean up after the job was very thorough. Excellent work; highly recommended.

Joe at American Central Corp was patient answering all my questions. And I had many with this being the first roof replacement we have ever done. We had a wood shingle roof removed and replaced with the best looking CertainTeed shingles. Joe even built and designed our copper chimney box flashing. It was a two day job and his crew worked from 7:30am to 7:00pm the first day, Joe was on the job site and even on the roof to make sure the job went smoothly. He even covered our small pool with a tarp to keep debris out. The crew was respectful and concentrated on getting the job done. Second day after finishing up, they cleaned up like champs! The best thing about working with Joe is that other professionals had great things to say about him. Leon who did our gutters, and Jeff B our Public Adjuster told us Joe has every detail worked out beforehand and is a good man. I have to agree! I hope I can add a picture of my husband up on the roof as a happy customer!

I had a great experience doing business with American Central Roofing Corp. Joe and Cheyenne were great to deal with. They answered all my questions. Cheyenne pretty much held my hand throughout the entire process. My roof looks fantastic. Very pleased with the way the roof turned out along with the beautiful gutters that were put up. The gentleman doing the roofing did a super job and left the yard looking just like they had never been there. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely do business with them again.

American Central re-roofed our home 5 years ago and even though it's taken us this long to write a review, we wanted to not let time take away a great review for this company. The owner (Joe) and his entire team, from office to crew workers, did outstanding work for us on the original work and have returned whenever there was something questionable with the guttering or elsewise. This is truly a company with the highest integrity and we can't recommend them enough.

Joe was able to identify a couple of items that were wrong/missing on the estimate, worked with my insurance company, and earned my trust and my business.
