Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This does not change the fact that American Century twice refused to send me my tax forms as required by law, and it was not until the Revdex.com got involved that they agreed to send them. It is ridiculous that they refused to send my tax forms to my home address when I phoned. And it is deplorable that they ignored my email requesting my tax forms and again refused to send me them. Further, sending my tax forms to my old post office box puts my personal information at risk, as the new user of the post office box will have access to my personal information - I will hold American Century Investments responsible if my identity is stolen. Please keep this complaint on file for as long as possible. Potential clients of American Century need to know about this.Thank you
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:This is a flat out LIE.Liz Y[redacted] writes on Feb 15 - just 3 days ago - "We confirmed by email to Ms. [redacted] that her tax forms had been mailed to her."  I did NOT tell them that I had received any tax forms - I have NOT received anything.I challenge Liz Y[redacted] to provide a copy of such email I allegedly sent.I am asking the Revdex.com to keep a copy of this complaint on file.  Not only has American Century not provided such tax forms as required by law, but they are LYING about it.Because of this dishonesty, I am also filing a complaint with the IRS for not providing my tax information by January 31 as required by law.  And I am also filing a complaint with the CFBP for their LYING.

Re: Complaint ID [redacted]  Dear Mr. [redacted]:  We received [redacted]’s response regarding the above-referenced complaint, and we have taken the following actions today:    We provided soft copies of Ms. [redacted]’s tax forms to her by secure email.     We sent hard copies of Ms. [redacted]’s tax forms to her by FexEx standard overnight delivery (tracking number [redacted]). We have also provided this information to Ms. [redacted] by email.    In response to the initial notification of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, we mailed her tax forms to her by first class mail through the United States Post Office. The forms were mailed to her on February 15, 2017, and it appears her follow up to you was sent on February 18, 2017. Therefore, it is possible that Ms. [redacted] had not received the tax forms due to the mail time from Kansas City, Missouri, to [redacted]. It appears Ms. [redacted] misunderstood our response when we indicated we had sent an email to her confirming that her tax forms were mailed to her. We did not receive an email from Ms. [redacted] indicating she had received her tax forms, and we never claimed that we had received such an email. We regret the confusion regarding this matter. Based on the additional actions referenced above, we believe we have satisfactorily resolved Ms. [redacted]’s follow-up complaint. If you have any questions regarding this matter or if we can be of additional assistance, please contact us.   Sincerely,   Cynthia    Cynthia G[redacted] | Director, Client Operations | American Century Investments | ###-###-#### | [redacted]
