Over a year and half ago I ordered 30" x 30" towels from this companyOn inspection I found many of them to be a lot smaller than x 30, some had holes in them, many were very thin and would tear upon embroidering them, hooping them or washing themI complained to the company, stating the above and also that I felt they had been over bleachedI called wanting to return them all, but the person I spoke with felt they all could not be bad After sorting out the undesirable towels I sent them back in February of this year and told the company I wanted a return on my moneyAfter months of not hearing from them I called back and the manager tried talking me into a replacement I told him that was not what I wanted, so he agreed to refund me, after weeks still no refundI called again and he was surprised I had not received my refund and would make sure it was sent out within a weekA week later, no refund, I called again on May 16th, and he stated they were working
