Review: The [redacted] of the company [redacted] was very hostile with my one the phone when she asked how come are order was never shipped. We order then on august **,2014. We where told they shipped two day later and would have them by august **,2014. And we have our first soccer game on sept*,2014 My wife called and asked about the order and [redacted] was hostile and said they messed up, and would have them shipped next day. So I thomas brooks called and asked about my order and to talk to the [redacted] about the issue at hand. He proceed to raise his voice, and get hostile with me. I proceed to raise my voice back and asked to calm down and he Stayied hostile. As an [redacted] of a company he told me he would not waste his time going to see why it never shipped a week ago. As I was trying to get the issue resolved [redacted] proceed to stay hostile and never once tryied to make the issue correct. As a customer I do not like the way my wife was treated not the Me. [redacted] handle the situation. Very poor people skills as a bussniess [redacted] and I will make it appoint that no other soccer team in this area use him and his business ever again.Desired Settlement: I think as a customer I should receive Atleast half my money back from the he treated my wife and the way he handles bussniess or if not a full refund. The items never shipped on like we where told by someone from his office, and it's three days from soccer season and I still don't have my uniforms for my kids.

Review: I ordered a soccer jersey from American Challenge. I have ordered uniforms from the company for the past 2 1/2 years every Fall Season. My order number is [redacted]. The jersey I received was the wrong color. The company's [redacted] disputed the most recent order stating that when I placed the order, I gave him the wrong name to put on the jersey. I stated that I did not and requested him to verify it via recorded phone call. He was outraged that I made the request and stated that he would replace the jersey and correct the name however I was not to call him back to do business with his company. I received the replaced jersey but it was the wrong color. Our colors are lime green and black and have always been this color. I received a jersey that is red (scarlet) & black. I am complying with his request not to call him back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the correct lime green and black jersey, size - adult small. The name on the back should be [redacted] and the number on the back should be 37. The logo is Mustangs and the style of the jersey is Phoenix. If you need addtional information, please let me know. Thank you!

The order was placed over the phone for printed soccer uniforms (including Player Names, Numbers and Team Logo), customer stated she did not have time to send an email with the printing information and our sales person agreed to take to order verbally. According to [redacted], one of the names she received was incorrect. [redacted] disagreed that the fault lay solely with us and the situation escalated. The replacement jersey was ordered 9/**/13 and was shipped via UPS on 9/**/13 UPS ground. Our production instructions show Black/Lime-White however the production department shows they shipped Black/RED-white. A replacement for the replacement is being printed as I type this and [redacted] will receive it tomorrow.
