I am rejecting this response because:I have NOT RECEIVED THE REPORT...what is the "documented proof" it was sentEmail me the report and pictures of my chimney and I will accept it that they inspected the chimneyShould not be too difficult for them to send the pictures and report

Attached are the reports that have been sent to ** *** twice now.

Dear Mrs***, ? Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations.? We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible.? ? Our technician never did tell
you it was "safe to use", as they are instructed to document their findings during inspection, and nothing moreWe had asked you for a total of hours to rectify the outcome of your annual cleaning and inspection, however you have not accepted our calls nor have you replied to our emails, making this situation a bit more difficult to remediate.? ? I have issued you a full refund, in the amount of $174.90, and am offering a full cleaning and inspection at no chargeIf you are interested in following through with the latter, please contact the office at ###-###-####.? Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we have caused you.? Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do.? ? *** *** was mistakenly sent another report belonging to a? customer with the same exact last nameWe inspected both *** within two days of one another and he received the wrong reportImmediately upon reciving his reports, he emailed the office (over a weekend, mind you) and wrote
the following:? "Is this a joke???? This is not my chimney nor my addresscall me immediately to discuss...your crew apparently never even inspected my chimney!!!!!They need to come back out and this time I will watch them inspect MY chimney....I think you should refund what I paid you since the work was obviously not completedIf I do not hear from you Monday , I will contact the? Fire Associations you refer to in your letter.My number is *** *** ***.*** ***"*** *** Immediately made threats in his reply to the errorRather than acknowledge that we simply made a clerical error, once my boss replied to him, he began making further inflammatory commentsIt is our standard operating procedure to have reports sent within business days of the inspection? *** *** received a report within less than hours of his service.? We are not refunding *** *** his money, as we have completed our scope of work: Level cleaning and inspection, plus the correct digital reports.?

[redacted] was mistakenly sent another report belonging to a  customer with the same exact last name. We inspected both [redacted] within two days of one another and he received the wrong report. Immediately upon reciving his reports, he emailed the office (over a weekend, mind you) and wrote...
