I too purchased a vehicle from American Classic Car sales in Sarasota Fl. I did do the cardinal mistake of not seeing the car in person. I was 1400 miles from dealer . But listened to the salesman " HUGE MISTAKE " The questions I ask directly to Jim the salesman were 1 is there any rust on this car. 2 is everything works . 3 Told no everything working . No this car is rust free ( it's not ) 2 Heater core not hooked up ( core was leaking ) 3 spare tire missing with the special aluminum rim .4 AC flat W no freon . So here's what I ended up aprox $ 2500.00 in rust repair , $ 650.00 for a Aluminum wheel and tire , and aprox $ 900.00 for heater core replacement . Recharge ac after leak test $ 175.00 . My suggestion would be GET IT IN WRITING .
