I didn't order the Brand Ink from them because I wanted it quick and my Amazon Prime gave me 2nd day free shipping.I may do business with IT again but making sure that their products are really compatible so not to cost both of us shipping chargesand a total waste of my time
Wow I spotted the webpage about Ink technologies when I was Googling for its website, and thought I'd check it out â because I've ordered from them several times and have never had a problem Since people rarely contact Revdex.com to praise a company, I did expect negative treatment, but NO positives? The two negatives I read might have justified an inquiry, but it seems to me to be unfair to keep them when the guy complaining about ordering next day delivery late in the afternoon should oughta know there has to be a cutoff time, and he should actively looked for it or called The other complaint was based on a technical problem which was the customer's problem, not attributable to Ink Technologies Anyway, I was getting ready to order froim Ink Technologies, and now that's exactly what I'm going to do Those negative reviews may have justified an inquiry, but I think Revdex.com is wrong in keeping them open (and even more so in view of the fact that the complainers acknowledged working with the company after the complaints were registered)

I ordered a complete set of OKI C330DN ink from Ink Technologies I received my shipment a week later and everyhting was packaged professionally I installed my CMYK Cartridges and was able to print documents again Within documents, the printer displayed Black Toner required replacement and all my new documents were printing gray and not black
I submitted my problem to Ink Technologies for response
The Black cartridge appears empty after only several print jobs
I received my order for a full set of color laser cartridges in three daysI installed them as a set and they work great even though they were not OEMCompletely satisfied
I'm so grateful that I was able to purchase my ink cartages at a discount Lexmark are so expensive but you offer recycled ones that not only better fit my budget but I was able to afford a double order The ink cartages work just as good as if I had bought new

I ordered approx $in ink cartridges from Ink Technologies LLC the other day (4/24/14)This order would have qualified for free shipping, but they offered a Next Day Saver and since we were out of toner I paid the $fee
Not until the order confirmation email arrived did I see the shipping disclosure that Next Day Saver applied to orders placed BEFORE 3:PMMy order was placed at 3:PM and I saw no such disclosure when I elected to pay the $shipping fee for next day service
The toner arrived Monday, 4/28/and I we called Ink Technologies to request an adjustment in shipping chargesRegrettably there was nothing they could do for us today, and I was told I should have called them last FridayToo bad our UPS delivery doesn't arrive until 3:- 3:pm so we were still hoping the order would have arrived last FridayVery poor placement on disclosure of limiting conditions and poor customer service attitude and lack of any attempt at resolution
