I am rejecting this response because: I did not have a balance to begin withI paid my bill in full before I left the officeIncluded in that bill was a fee of over $to remove a broken tooth which was not removedThey make it sound like their dropping a charge that was not a ligitament charge to begin withAlso this is the second time i've been billed this same amount for different reasons

I spoke with an Assistant Manager with Aspen Dental on the phone the other day. During our conversation he assured me over the phone that: 1. my balance with ASPEN dental was $0.00 dollars. 2. ASPEN dental would no longer contact me by phone,...

mail, or email to try and collect money from me. I said that is good, thank him and told him I looked forward to never hearing from his company again. Again before I made the appointment with ASPEN Dental for the free evaluation. I spoke at length with an
ASPEN representative on the phone. He explained what would take place during this free visit and assured me there would be no charge to me for this visit. When I went to the free visit at ASPEN, I made a point of asking every individual I met at the ASPEN dentist office, "Is this a free visit?" I was assured by all that it was.
I thank you, Better Businses Bureau for getting in touch with ASPEN and bringing this misleading, upsetting and unpleasant experience with ASPEN dental to a satisfactory end.
