Passenger traveled with us on 03/20/from Indiana to IllinoisReservation was booked online and the charge was $We did inform the passenger that the fare was incorrect but we never charged the differenceThe only charge that was made was for the $for the trip that they did take with usThere was another reservation booked for the same day which was cancelled and we already refunded $

*** made a reservation online for 4pm and he called in at 3:38pm to cancelHe was told about the cancellation policy and that this trip will be a full chargeI have attached the online cancellation policy that was accessible by him to know about the policyWhen he tried to cancel he was told
it was a full charge to him and that he could not be refunded, and he agreed to the chargeWe have policies just like any other company, and we have to abide by them

Passenger was called hours prior to pick time and notified that when they booked it online the pricing was incorrectThey were out of our service area and we notified them in plenty of time of the extra chargeThey were ok with the price when they called back and paid the differenceThey had
every opportunity to cancel and reject the price difference Our company is a Chicago based company and we had to travel across state lines for the pick upAnd the passenger was not even charged the extra $to their cardWe did not collect the extra charge from the client

We would like to confirm that this one was refunded in full ($420) on 06/30/

Our policy for any changes and cancellations says that customer needs to call us at least 2 hour prior the booked pikcup time for us to be able to accommodated the change or give a full refund. We were called 30min before the pikcup time therefore this had to be a full charge. But we made an exception and refund the full amount.

We would like to let you know that we refunded $96 as requested on 11/23/2015 at 14.25. Ms. [redacted] was informed about the refund as well.

Had we know this, we would have price shopped and not booked. As you can see from our receipts this company mislead us.

Passenger traveled with us on 03/20/2016 from Indiana to Illinois. Reservation was booked online and the charge was $70. We did inform the passenger that the fare was incorrect but we never charged the difference. The only charge that was made was for the $70 for the trip that they did take with us. There was another reservation booked for the same day which was cancelled and we already refunded $61.
