Mr*** *** has never said they didn't know what this account was forThey have received bills for this accountThey have even talked to our client since we have had the billThey acknowledged that they owed the billThey have never sent proof of payment to us
We will not be calling Mror Mrs*** again regarding this account and we have sent a dispute to the credit bureau

American Collection Services did an automatic request through e-oscar to remove the account from the credit bureau.  It will remain removed as long as the payment arrangement is kept.
