Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/09/23) */ We understand that [redacted] had some issues with our delayed responsesWe did apologise and we have since tried to get in touch several times to ask how we can resolve the matter, but we do not receive a reply I agree that it was unacceptable that there was such a delay with the assignment return however, this was a total oversight and we have apologised and asked how to can now rectify what has been doneMistakes and oversights sometimes happen, we have since implemented a new system to ensure this does not happen againThe main issue is that our College registrar has taken extended leave and we did have a few hiccups in the early days of her not being here Given the lack of reply, I am not sure what we can doAre you able to assist us to resolve this matter? From the complaint, all I see [redacted] is asking for is to complete the Course? We are happy to work towards this but without reply from the student, this is very difficult I would like to provide two optionsThe first being to continue to complete the Course under the American College of Journalism, or if he would rather, we will happily provide the Course (and assignment tutoring) again from the beginning through our sister college the British College of Journalism (we have many Nigerian students through our British College)This would afford [redacted] the benefit of receiving feedback from another tutor (even on already previously marked assignments - the Course structure remains the same from one College to the other) who has tutored a great number more Nigerian studentsThis would be at no further cost and would certainly offer further valueI can also advise that our British College of Journalism tutors have a response time of working days as a standard though usually, this feedback is returned quicker where possible Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 12, 2015/09/25) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I have nothing personal against ACJI was worried however when Revdex.com informed me that it had not yet received a response from them and that they were sending out a second Revdex.com notice I became more suspicious and tried to wait for this time when their physical presence in the US has been confirmed with a correspondence sent to their fellow US-based organization I am even helping to market this writing service in my country but getting that fear whereby I didn't get response to my assignment for more than a week scared the [redacted] out of me and I thought that maybe ACJ never actually existed This fear was confirmed by an American friend, Lourdes, who tried to reach them for me and she said, "I don't feel positive about ACJ because no response to my "fake call" to them." That for me was difficult to stomachLike I said in my complaint let ACJ finish the job as agreed and I am not asking for a transfer to a sister collegeKudos to ACJ and the Revdex.com because now my faith in America has been much restoredBy the way I have the American flag as my phone background screenThank you so much [redacted]

We understand that [redacted] had some issues with our delayed responses. We did apologise and we have since tried to get in touch several times to ask how we can resolve the matter, but we do not receive a reply.
I agree that it...

was unacceptable that there was such a delay with the assignment return however, this was a total oversight and we have apologised and asked how to can now rectify what has been done. Mistakes and oversights sometimes happen, we have since implemented a new system to ensure this does not happen again. The main issue is that our College registrar has taken extended leave and we did have a few hiccups in the early days of her not being here.
Given the lack of reply, I am not sure what we can do. Are you able to assist us to resolve this matter? From the complaint, all I see [redacted] is asking for is to complete the Course? We are happy to work towards this but without reply from the student, this is very difficult.
I would like to provide two options. The first being to continue to complete the Course under the American College of Journalism, or if he would rather, we will happily provide the Course (and assignment tutoring) again from the beginning through our sister college the British College of Journalism (we have many Nigerian students through our British College). This would afford [redacted] the benefit of receiving feedback from another tutor (even on already previously marked assignments - the Course structure remains the same from one College to the other) who has tutored a great number more Nigerian students. This would be at no further cost and would certainly offer further value. I can also advise that our British College of Journalism tutors have a response time of 3 working days as a standard though usually, this feedback is returned quicker where possible.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 12, 2015/09/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I have nothing personal against ACJ. I was worried however when Revdex.com informed me that it had not yet received a response from them and that they were sending out a second Revdex.com notice.
I became more suspicious and tried to wait for this time when their physical presence in the US has been confirmed with a correspondence sent to their fellow US-based organization.
I am even helping to market this writing service in my country but getting that fear whereby I didn't get response to my assignment for more than a week scared the [redacted] out of me and I thought that maybe ACJ never actually existed.
This fear was confirmed by an American friend, Lourdes, who tried to reach them for me and she said, "I don't feel positive about ACJ because no response to my "fake call" to them." That for me was difficult to stomach. Like I said in my complaint let ACJ finish the job as agreed and I am not asking for a transfer to a sister college. Kudos to ACJ and the Revdex.com because now my faith in America has been much restored. By the way I have the American flag as my phone background screen. Thank you so much.
