We have contacted the complainant on June 10, to explain that she and her sister were put onto collections by mistake due to an improper endorsement of accounts from a previous accounting staffWe have confirmed that school has taken the
sisters out of collections and the school is giving them a refund of the down payments they have made LESS the cost of the (1) book that was issued to them
An email was also sent to the complainant to document the (foregoing) as discussed during the telephone conversation
