Review: Company is not returning my refund. I personally had a face-to-face verbal promise from Shay [redacted], President of American College of Wealth, that they would refund my deposit. My wife, [redacted], was a witness to that verbal agreement. I also have 2 (two) emails from Andrea [redacted], employee, stating that they will give me a refund. I have been asking for the refund since October 8, 2013 and still they have not refunded my deposit. There are apparently many other people suffering the same problem as me. I suspect they might be going bankrupt or they are a "scam operation" and are trying to steal my money.Desired Settlement: They have been so uncooperative and continue to make multiple excuses. They have held my money since October, 2013 I am demanding 3 times the amount of my deposit which was $1,490. Amount requested: $4,470 ($1,490 X 3 = $4470).
Review: My Husband [redacted] and I purchased a training course with a software program called The [redacted]. Our contract stated that we would be fully trained to use the [redacted] to identify trends in the Stock Market so we could successfully trade buy and sell stocks. The Course Outline included six modules to be completed. We were told that the training was guaranteed and that our success is also guaranteed. Well we purchased the package on 10/20/2013 and we had a few training sessions for module 2 and 3, during the month of November. After that the software was not working properly. We had to wait until the end of January to get the program up and running on my pc. After the program was running again we could not get in touch with anyone in the company to schedule training with us. We tried calling and emails with no response. Finally, I sent an email to the President, [redacted] and to his family of workers, [redacted] and [redacted], informing them that I was not happy with American College of Wealth and that I would like a full refund of $10,093. They did not respond to this email. I sent them a second email stating my disappointment and I told them that The American College of Wealth was a fraud and that I plan to make a formal complaint about them to all agencies that go after fraudulent companies. I get a response from the President telling me to "take a chill pill and to relax."Desired Settlement: I would like American College of Wealth to pay back the $10,093 that they took from me and my husband. I would also like to see legal charges brought up against them for running this scam and fraud.
