I feel compelled to write about my experience with ACCDI met the owner Keith *** after I bought my home and it needed a new roofI took quotes from about five companies and he was the most professional of the group and he took the time to help educate me on what to look for in a quality roof without being overly pushy and he was also worked with me on the price to make sure it fit my budgetHis crew was very professional and they had the entire roof removed and replaced in three days leaving my property clean as they had found it
My next project was replacing the siding and painting my houseAgain, as any consumer would, I got other quotes, but the trust I had developed was more important than a few dollars and I contracted him to do the jobAs before I was completely satisfied
Nearly a year later a stain (then a hole) appeared in my ceiling clearly from leaking waterI contacted ACCD to ask them to fix the leak which I assumed had to have been a result of the roof or siding workKeith had me work with Ramon his project manager to fix the problemHe sent someone over who to check the roof, as well as, reseal the hardy board siding, but the leak continuedNumerous times, over several months and without complaint or charge, Ramon worked with me to try to figure out the problem which turned out to have nothing to do with their handiwork in the first place
No one at ACCD ever complained or refused my request to continue to find a solution to the problemTheir professionalism is exceptional in a business where that is often not the caseI would highly recommend ACCD for any of your general contracting or roofing needs

My roof leaked and after multiple attempts to fix it myself, it was getting worse. I researched and interviewed six local contractors and roofing companies. All companies were in business for at least 15 years. I check each company's reviews on multiple sites. All were in good standing with the Revdex.com. I chose the American Commercial Construction and Development Company because of their professionalism, their record and frankly, their quote was extremely reasonable. I was very nervous (I had never had to replace a roof before and the roof was in bad shape). There were multiple problems with the roof but Ramon (the project manager) handled every one smoothly. The project came in under budget and exceeded my expectations. In all, the entire process of finding and selecting a roofing company was grueling. I the end, I am very satisfied with my choice and I would recommend American Commercial Construction and Development Company to all.

The job was started sooner than I was anticipating, but happy that it did. The crew did an excellent job with removal of the tar & gravel roof and replacing with the peel and stick rubberized roll material. There was a lot more repair work done than what was anticipated. I expected about 20% above the quoted price for unforeseen damage. Due to a little communications breakdown, it was a bit higher than that. Keith worked with us on the final product and I believe that everyone walked away from the job satisfied. Excellent job. No more tar and gravel, no more leaks. Roof looks great. Buildup on the flat portion (1/3 of the entire job) has proven to be money well spent in both appearance and performance during our most recent rains.

We needed a new roof and the replacement of a lot of rotten wooded. They did everything we asked for at a fair price. Even with all the rain they work when they could this included Sunday.(July 26, 2015)

They did not ask for a deposit and we paid them in full upon the competition to our satisfaction.

They obtained the building permit and did a wind mitigation inspection report for insurance purposes

I found them to be professional and I would hire them over and over again, never asked for money up front, their crews are clean and not loud.

We recently had a new roof installed (during the wettest week of the year) and needed quite a bit of wood replaced in addition to new shingles. From the initial consultation through the end of the project everyone we worked with was patient and very helpful. The quality of work was far superior to our last roofers and we will be using this company again for future projects! It is great to have someone you are proud to refer to others and have not doubts they will take care of others.

Keith P. and his team are outstanding quality people! I can't articulate how happy we are from the initial visit to the finished product. They did everything that they said that they would do in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to everyone. Ecstatic in Lutz!

I was very please with this company. They replaced our whole roof, gutters and repaired our patio ceiling. All the workers were prompt, very hard working and polite. They price was her reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to people and use them again.

He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about the materials that would be used, beat every other price I had received and was able to start the job sooner then the others. No games, no gimmicks and nothing negative about other companies just to get the job. His crew arrived when they said they would, they were polite and did an excellent job. This ordeal of getting estimates for our roof was such an nightmare. However Keith P[redacted] came to our home. He was the 4 th roofing company to come out. I was impressed from the truck he drove, his detail info, how professional he was, and his no BS straight up way he dealt with us on all details .He seen us not as an dollar sign but customers making an huge purchase.The crew came out and took care of business I took maybe an hundred pics and they impressed the hell out of me. Each one of the crew you could ask an question and they had the answer. I can not began to tell you how happy my wife and I are with the finished result. It is soooo nice! The greatest thing I have to tell you is Keith stopped by today to drop off the paperwork and collect his check. Every detail of our agreed contract down to my wife on the warranty was meet without any BS or problems.
