imperative to have it installed to prevent disruption to his establishment.  I explained to [redacted] the charge would be $244.97 for the first hour of labor and travel and each additional hour will be $130 per hour which is documented on the credit card form which he signed.   I also asked [redacted] if the new machine was a direct fit, he stated it was the same machine.  We normally do not do any installations without a site visit but [redacted] insisted it was the same unit and everything was a direct connect.  I advised him our tech would be on site between 8-10am, which he was.  When the tech arrived he found the existing machine had not be removed, which [redacted] stated it would be.  Our technician removed the machine with the assistance of some on site workers.  The new machine was put in place to find the water line had to be reduced in order to accommodate the existing machine.  [redacted] called me and I advised him the parts were extra and chargeable, which he was fine with.  Tech picked up the materials he needed and completed the installation and performed a full startup according to manufacture specifications.  [redacted] contacted me when he was charged for the materials and additional hours of labor.  He then stated he was quoted $400 to have the unit installed, I advised him of our original conversation of $244.97 for the first hour of labor and travel and each additional hour would be $130.00.  If the unit was a direct fit as he advised me he would have incurred less in labor.  Our company went above and beyond to ensure [redacted] was up and running with no disruption to his operation, what we ask is that he honors his agreement which he signed on the credit card form.  Any questions you can contact me.
