We responded fast and timely mannerWe cleaned everything that the insurance covered to a very appropriate conditions This is the first time we are hearing about the complaintsWe would be more than happy to address the complaintsBut now is a little to lateComplaints were not addressed until now, when we are still asking for payment The flame marks needed to be addressed with the insurance company and a general contractor, we were only sent there to do the smoke mitigationThe insurance did not contract us to do the repairsDuct work was cleaned by Affordable Comfort who we sub contracted this out toThe customer was advised that The filters need to be changed often for the next couple of months because of smoke particlesThe customer was presented with a complete line item estimate of work completedOne estimate from us and another from the insuranceThe insurance paid them for 9,for the cleaningOnce we completed and discussed with customer we only charged 6,Customer is stating that he has no issue paying for the work that was completed, we have adjusted the bill from to I think this is more than fairIf this was so bad then why has it taken two years for them to pay us, complain about the work, and make a report to the Revdex.comI find this very offensive

The customer was presented with a complete line item estimate of work completed. One estimate from us and another from the insurance. The insurance paid them for 9,401.79 for the cleaning. Once we completed and discussed with customer we only charged 6,904.45. Customer is stating that he has no issue paying for the work that was completed, we have adjusted the bill from 9401.79 to 6904.45. I think this is more than fair. If this was so bad then why has it taken two years for them to pay us, complain about the work, and make a report to the Revdex.com. I find this very offensive.
