our control because of the nature of the certificateHis dissatisfaction with the product after he agreed to our "Terms of Use" and subsequently downloaded it to his electronic devices invalidates his complaint

an extremely we believe intentional name we are American Concealedinc and a new company is using American Concealed OnlineIncto sell the same type of certificationI believe Mr*** has used our competitorWe do not sell certification for $dollars we never have and have absolutely no record of him in our systemThank you.Reed

The reason why the Virginia State Police said they are not affiliated with us is that the Virginia State Police do not affiliate or endorse any company's training course
Just so you are aware, the Terms of Use you agreed to on the Get Certified page prior to taking the test and purchasing the certificate do clearly state:
You understand and agree that the Virginia Concealed Certificate of Completion is not a license or permit to carry a concealed weaponYou understand non-residents must apply to the Virginia State Police and pay any applicable fee charged by the Virginia State Police and satisfy all requirements to be issued a Virginia concealed handgun licenseThe Virginia State Police require non-residents to submit:Completed and notarized applicationMoney order or cashier’s check in the amount of $made payable to the Virginia State PoliceTwo passport style photographsA completed FBI fingerprint card (Applicant card FD-258)The impressions must be obtained by a law enforcement agency, and the card must:
be signed by the applicant
be signed by the law enforcement individual taking the prints
include the telephone number of the law enforcement individual taking the prints to facilitate validation of authenticity
the agency stamp on the back of the print card is requested but not mandatory
Documentation of competence with a handgun (Your Virginia Concealed certificate of completion)Photocopy of a valid phoissued by a governmental agency
As of April 1, 2016, we are aware the following states force their citizens to obtain their home state permit even though they honor the Virginia permit:Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, West Virginia, and WisconsinIf you reside in one of these states, you cannot use the Virginia permit to carry concealed in your home state

they never download and I do t recall no terms and conditions I would like a copy showing I agreed and signed for this the business is running a scam to take good people's money I have also explained this to the businessI will also contact the credit card company if necessary I figure it would be easier to work out this matter with the business first but since that wasn't successful I contact the Revdex.com next step is visaI will settle and close the case when the refund has been posted if all else fail I will file a small claims case at court and request all legal fees and court cost be paid by the defensants

I never provided the company my credit card number as I paid with PayPalAs you can see from the PayPal activity history I sent to you, I was charged $thru PayPal on May and to date a reversal of the charge has never happened.

I informed Mr.*** because he had not downloaded the digital product we sell he would indeed get his money refunded it would take 3-days and it would show on his credit card statement within 7-daysThat was done and the payment was reversedWe have clear record of him receiving his money
backThis complaint is unwarranted

There also a money back offfer if your not happy I was under the impression that this was a step to go to live class once you have paid this is a just a joke as shown in the image you have a revoke button and it shows download but it doesn't say if it was successful or ever printed if this would make things better I would settle for a partial refund so you can recouperate some expenses say dollar refund

It is impossible to pay for our certificate of completion without selecting the "I Agree" box for the Terms Of UseThe website will not allow any purchases unless this agreement to our Terms Of Use has been selectedIt is in place to prevent instances as this from happeningAttached is the order record of Mr*** purchase with how many times the certificate of completion was downloaded in the highlighted area
There is no payment for the certificate of completion until the customer has watched the video and taken the exam to receive the download for the certificate of completionIf he was unhappy with the video or test he simply had to leave the windowWe do not ask for payment until the customer has passed the test, at which point he or she can decide to purchase the certificateThere are multiple opportunities for the customer to NOT purchase the certificate because he or she did not like the service provided.?
