Hello, The complaint in question is ungroundedThe concrete patio and sidewalk was poured and finished professionally as promisedThe conduit was installed to help the customer because they were having trouble getting an electrician to come out an install
itWe installed the conduit at cost to help outThe customer called the next Saturday in a panic and very hostile because there was some cement in one of the conduitsThey demanded $without giving any opportunity to clean the conduit out or resolve the issueFor the unreasonable amount of time on a weekend to rectify any issues and being verbally threatened, the $will not be paid. I sincerely hope they will enjoy their patio and sidewalk for years to come. Thank you,*** ***

When the hired electrician tied into the existing service on site using a blue light weight flexible conduit, the connection came a partThis was observed by the electrician, customer, and us two days before placing concreteWe suggested using tape to fix it if front of the owner and electrical contractor while all standing over itThe electrician said he would fix it and then further stated we could pour our concrete because he had tested the electric so we placed our concrete as directed to by the on site hired electrical contractorIf any further electrical work is needed then we suggest calling the electrical contractorWe place concrete and are not licensed to install, run, or test electrical
