I dropped my sewing machine off in August and didn't hear anything for over a month After a phone call in September, I was told it will be awhile due to a back problem After another month I called again and he hadn't got to look at my machine Aftermonths time, I called several times and was told by Greg that he will call me back in a couple days He didn't call at all, so I went in and picked up my machine After leaving, I received a call from Greg He told me I should bring it back for a good deal He is the only one that has parts, and can fix it without breaking it I told him NO, and I will find someone else, no matter how far I have to go to do it Awful business management and service I never will go here again!!
