Review: I hired and signed a contract with this company with [redacted] and he started the work but what a mess, his crew didnt clean up after themselves leaving sheeting rock dust over everything, nails, sheet rock blade which my dog found and was chewing on, I addressed all these issues with [redacted] and he told me I was nit picking. I was lucky if I had men working at my house 2 days a week, [redacted] never came to my home to inspect the work that was done. His crew damaged some of my property as well. You see my bank holds my mortgage to my home there for the insurance company sent me a check for damages under my name as well as my banks name, It was explained to [redacted] several times that my bank would not release funds untill he sent an invoice for work done. I have given him one payment for work done. The work he has not has to be redone (sheet rock ceiling ) you can see all the tape and plaster they used to fill in the sheet rock but proceded to paint it anyway, a corner of my new celiing is already cracked, IE they had to remove my previous ceiling due to the water damange. Mr [redacted] sent my bank 2 invoices to the total of 2079.48 but told me I needed to write him a check for 6097.00 a very big difference, When my bank then said they needed an itemized bill for what each room would cost to finish he said he is done with me and my bank who is trying to screw me and walked out of the contract. So now here I am with a house less than half put back together again and paying for crappy work. This has been a nightmare working with this company !Desired Settlement: I do not feel I have to pay him for the last 2 invoices for I will have to have the ceiling redone and all the painting as well. For they didnt sand all the holes that were filled with putty that you can see all the bumps where holes were filled.

Review: I hired this company on 1-12-2015 based on a recommendation from a old friend who now works for this place

I had major water damage 17 thousand gallons of water. [redacted] and [redacted] ( both owners) came to my home talked a good story so I signed a contract to get started. I never had to deal with anything like this before.

They demoed the kitchen and basement and dried it out. that was 11 thousand dollars worth of work then started to rebuild ... [redacted] style no primer when they painted no duarock under the tile in 3 rooms all are cracking I have water pipes over the sheetrock . halfass work on everything now it is going to cost another 40 thousand to redo there work I had to sign the 37 thousand dollars of checks to them and never saw them again thanks to my bank who put both my name and the company on the checks. THEN on top of that one of the owners forged my name on the certificate of completion I have contacted the local police department about this felony... they overcharged me and took my money and never returned anything to me they have 4 different addresses listed with the state and all my registered mail have been returned to me what a game and a halfass job. I guess they can sleep at night must be nice. 1) Incomplete painting of the kitchen walls.

2) Incomplete repair of kitchen ceiling.

3) Failure to replace ceramic floor tile with mortar in first floor bathroom.

4) Failure to put that floor tile over durock.

5) Failure to properly sand, prime and paint first floor bathroom.

6) Failure to properly sand, prime and paint first floor dining room walls.

7) Failure to paint and prime all softwood molding installed in first floor bathroom, and kitchen.

8) Failure to replace 3-1/2 (R-15) insulation in basement family room.

9) Failure to replace 10” (R-30) insulation in basement family room.

10) Failure to replace ½” Rigid Polysocyanurate insulation in the floor and ceilings in basement family room.

11) Failure to paint family room walls.

12) Failure to replace two (2) light fixtures in basement family room.

13) Failure to in close basement family room window.

14) Failure to properly install waterlines in basement family room.

15) Failure to replace hot water shutoff in basement family room.

16) Failure to replace light fixture at the bottom of the stairway in basement

17) Failure to replace wall paneling in Furnace room

18) Failure to replace wall paneling in basement oil tank room

19) Failure to replace outlet and switch covers in dining room, kitchen, and entire basement.

20) Failure to reimburse home owner for appliances Refrigerator, flat top stove and under counter dishwasher in the amount of $2196.41

svae yourself the trouble DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANYDesired Settlement: One: Return all the money owed to me.

Two: Return to repair all the work supervised by the local building department with the proper permits after typing this forget it don't want them in my house Just give me back my money all of it

Three: Have another contractor complete the job the correct way. and you watch them how to do it the right way and pay for it
