I have [redacted] suite #[redacted] but, [redacted] is who I dealt with. As of this writing my phone calls to Mr. [redacted] have been ignored. I contracted K & B Plus to remodel a small bathroom to see their workmanship before tackling a larger bathroom. So glad I did. Rescheduling after starting was difficult. Mr. [redacted] over schedules his contractors. Therefore, the contractor takes shortcuts to finish. Also, I was met with argument when I bought grout additive, wanted a different sink top, had a tub spout that did not work right and a tile the contractor wasn't familiar with. The tile company that recommended K & B Plus has had so many complaints, they have dropped K & B Plus from their suggested contractors list.
