I had been using this company for about year, which involved maintenance of my yards front and back every months I asked for an interim call because my small stream had developed a problem with over flowing causing my water bill to rise excessively When they did show up with the whole crew, the owner *** *** plus about workers, they decided to remove some of the ground cover and roots that had grown into the pump area of the stream This took them four or five hours and I was charged $which I paid in full at the time The problem was not fixed I fired them on the next regular maintenance call because I found that a number of the men were using my yard as a bathroom I then asked for them to return to fix the problem I had paid for and was told I would have to pay more When I questioned this I was told that he (*** ***) knew what the problem was I question the ethics when the problem was known and not fixed the first time
