Review: American construction & tree service did walkway pavers and driveway apron in pavers as well as stacked stone on the front of my house. the driveway, walkway on the side of my house and basketball court/swing area was paved in blacktop. the basketball court/swing area blacktop has buckled in about twenty different spots and now plants/bushes are growing thru the blacktop and this play area can not be used by my children. I have contacted [redacted] the [redacted] and installer every week for the last 6 weeks and he has promised to come and do repairs but he never shows up and now he will not take my calls. I spent $15000 with this company and they refuse to even come back to look at the problemDesired Settlement: I want the blacktop removed and replaced that is in the basketball court/ swing area. I have been more than patient with this company and if they wont fix the problem then I want a refund
