DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACEI went to purchase a vehicle and already had my own financing I looked at Volks wagon Jetta SE (silver) called and had all the paperwork ready I went to this dealership on a Saturday and first sign was they were taking the car for a recall notice (this is pretty typical) they said they would have the car back by Tuesday but they did not and no one called me I had to call them I was then promised it would be ready Wednesday and had to call yet again and was told the car was sent out to fix the ACt then Thursday I come in and the car was supposed to be ready at 10:but it was not 11:rolls around and I'm suspicious so I tell them I want to take the car to a mechanic (they ask me WHICH mechanic??) Glad I did so apparently the car had been either underwater or sitting in a few feet of water because the underside was completely rusted out and the SPRAY PAINTED IT BLACK to cover it up! Run do not even walk past this place Glad I went to mechanic or I would be paying $279/month for a rusted out vehicle for five yearsThis is one of the most deceptive practices I have ever seen in my 40plus yrs of living and purchasing an automobile
I am extremely pleased with my purchase on my new car The staff was really friendly and I had a prompt respond from day first about the condition of the car The car was in great condition inside and out I definitely will recommend to my friends to buy the car from Tryon Auto Mall Their inventory is great with a lots of high end vehicles I accomplished what I needed with the car deal Thanks
Very disappointed took my money and I ended up with no car do to there mistake I would not suggest anyone buying a car from this janky company
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I went to purchase a vehicle and already had my own financing. I looked at 2012 Volks wagon Jetta SE (silver) called and had all the paperwork ready. I was then promised it would be ready Wednesday and had to call yet again and was told the car was sent out to fix the ACt then Thursday I come in and the car was supposed to be ready at 10:00 but it was not 11:30 rolls around and I'm suspicious so I tell them I want to take the car to a mechanic (they ask me WHICH mechanic??).
