Of course it does not because everything they said in their response to you is a LIE!!!! I produced proof of my side of the storyAsk them to provide even one email to me supporting the story that they told to youThey cannot because it does not existThese people are con artist who are preying on people’s financial desperationThey lie to them, telling them what they want to hear to scam money out of themYou should not close this case based solely on the lies they tell youI look forward to hearing back from you

Mr. [redacted] did turned down the loan that was offered to him because he did not want to pay a daily payment.  He wanted to termed loan of a monthly payment.  Attached was the letter sent to him from American Consulting Group, Inc. of all the lenders responses to his loan application.  We...

can't provide any loan documents until he commits to the approval from the lender.  Only then, we would contact the lender and let them know that our client will take the offer.  Once the offer has been accepted by the client, the lender would then provide with the documents for the client to sign.  We expressed to Mr. [redacted] the fee he paid was a processing fee and build business credit.  We have signed document from Mr. [redacted] that he acknowledged that this fee is nonrefundable.  It also states on the business agreement that we will be working his business credit which he refused since he only wanted a business loan.

Ms. [redacted] became a client of American Consulting Group, Inc. to help her with her business credit and help achieve a business loan on March 15, 2016.  Ms. [redacted] paid $425.00 for our service regarding business credit so that she can be credit worthy with then lenders.  Attached is the...

signed agreement showing Ms. [redacted] fully understood that the fee is nonrefundable.  The business agreement she signed clearly shows the fee she paid was for Building Business Credit.  We also submitted Ms. [redacted] to 3 lenders all of which has declined her application because her business does not meet the required business revenue.  They all stated she was declined her business application because of low revenue.  All documents have been attached.
