This company will talk a good gameThey will tell you that you have loan offers and after you give them 10% of the amount they tell you that you are approved for, the offer changes and they try and get you to sign up for very high interest rate cash advancesI gave them $believing that they were really helping meMy business was only in service for year and I thought they were helping me get working capitalI keep trying to contact them about getting my money back but they won't response via email or phone call

Because of limited writing space I'll narrow down this experience in a few bullet points:
ACGI paints a picture that sounds like a good deal for a new business.
ACGI is quick to take your money. I submitted the fee trusting what they said was true.
ACGI does NOT keep in contact with you about how your situation is progressing or NOT progressing.
Over a month later, they have completely changed the initial offer.
I have requested my money back, they are telling me that it could take up to 90 days to 'review' to see if they will return the money. By the way, it was 10% of the loan that they said I qualified for which is $4000.00.
I want my money back. I am waiting to see about this refund before I file a complaint.
I just wanted to say that this company, American Consulting Group Inc. has helped my company when I was in a situation where, I almost lost my business. Thanks to there timely manor in getting my business the capital I needed, I was not only able to keep my business doors open, but also expand. I wasn't sure about this vendor credit program, but after working closely with Savannah, she made it possible to have 6 different vendors that actually report to Expierian and Equifax to help my business credit grow where I was able to achieve the financial security all businesses need to get to that next level and grow financially. I recommend American Consulting Group Inc. for any business.
This company is a joke stay away, there a fraud.. Make empty promises, when you give them your information requested now you have all sorts of fees to get your funding. Which you will NEVER see. You also won't be able to reach the office or here back for months, unless they want more money! There office dose not exist. There a bunch of SCAMMERS praying on small business owners making empty promises. BEWARE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GIVE MONEY TO GET MONEY.I was dealing with a woman named August O' Leary. Once she got her finder's fee, I NEVER heard back from her again. Phone system problems for months, not answering emails. All a Scam, Stay away unless you have money to give away....
