We did verify that our charge was correct and that the product was delivered promptly after paymentAlthough we do an in depth customer and account review before refunding credit card charges, we do sympathize with customers who have similar experiencesWe concluded this situation by granting a
full refund to the customer shortly after the call endedThis complaint was submitted after the charge was refunded, the customer was not aware that charge was refunded

There are two documents attached to this responseThe first, Refund document, details the accepted refund transaction for *** ***, with order ID: ***The second, Sales and Credit document, details the charge and refund for order ID: ***

Dear Mr. [redacted],Thank you for contacting our property in regards to your reservation at our property due to arrive 4/9 we are very sorry to hear your wife was ill and you weren't able to travel to property.  I looked into your booking and it seems it was booked through a 3rd party...

booking agent we have a 24 hour cancellation policy at the time of booking the booking agent explains hotel policy.  When you book through a 3rd party agent they charge your credit card and send over there company card for payment unfortunally we wont be able to refund your card that would have to be done with the booking agent that you booked with.  Once again we apologize for the inconvienence that this has caused you and your wife but we will not be able to refund your stay.   Yours Truly,  [redacted] Res/Sales Manager

First, the customer received a refund for all the fees prior to the filing of this complaint. Our CPA was not comfortable with providing his services, because the client requested that our CPA omit certain income from the tax return. Shortly after the scheduled appointment, we issued a full...

refund of all of our fees.With regards to the timely receipt of the copy of the tax return, we only issue a copy once its review and preparation are complete. The customer had selected a CPA appointment date of 3/**/2017, about a week after he submitted his tax information to us (3/*/2017). We sent an appointment reminder email 2 days prior to the appointment date. We have since then changed our policy to also send that same reminder right after submission.
