WOW! What an unexpected experience this was. I am very skeptical to say the least! I started this process in October 2015 and received the final letter to close out a time share today. I was very hesitant when I started this process, but thought I would give it a try. I would use them again if I ever get in that situation again and will recommend them to my family and friends. Again this was a very positive and pleasant experience. I called them monthly to check on my status, and they always answered all my questions with professionalism and politeness.
