Review: I never signed up for auto enroll for this magazine. I just now found out that they automatically charged me for their magazine in January of 2013, I did not catch it on my credit card statement at that time. I got an email saying they will be automatically charging me for ANOTHER year in January of 2014. They provide a phone number to cancel the automatic charge. This number, ###-###-####, does not connect you with a person. It basically tells you everyone is busy and hangs up. There is no way to contact this company. Very concerning since they charged my credit card and KEEP my credit card on file. I can't delete my credit card number or anything to prevent them from charging whatever they want whenever they want.

My subscription service states that it is from May 2013 to April 2014. To be 13 issues. I just canceled when I realized that they charged me without my permission. I received 8 of 13 issues for which I was charged $26, logically my refund should be $10 for the not received issues. It says I'll be refunded $4. Why am I only being refunded 40% of what is owed to me?

I still cannot cancel my auto renew. I cannot remove my credit card from their data base. I've called every possible phone number listed and cannot get connected, it says their busy and hangs up. They provide no email address to contact.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $22 for the 2012-2013 ($4 should be credited due to cancel). I would like for them to remove me from auto renew. I would like them to remove my credit card from their database so they can't charge it when they feel like it.

If they won't refund me the remainder for the previous year I would like to be refunded AT LEAST what is due to me. Which is $6 on top of the $4 they claim they will reimburse me.
