After having a bad experience with Tucson Asphalt in June 2016, [redacted] contacted me and apologized for the issue I had with his company. To make things right, [redacted] provided me with a free seal coat on my driveway. I feel [redacted] of Tucson Asphalt has shown that they are willing to work with the customer and fix any issues that may arise. I consider any negative issue I had with Tucson Asphalt resolved.
I recently received an estimate from Tucson Asphalt. I accepted their proposal by signing the required forms on 4/29/15. I corresponded with the estimator via email in order to schedule the work. The job was scheduled to begin 6/3/15. On 6/1/15, I received a call from their representative stating that they would not be able to do the job because they had a Superintendent come by and check it and he did not believe they had the proper equipment to handle the job. I questioned the knowledge of the first estimator, and the representative (who I believe was the first estimator) admitted that the first estimator was "just wrong".
I would not trust this company to give an accurate estimate, and I am disappointed that I waited over a month to find out they would not do the job.
