We shipped steamers to ACS for repair in March.They were returned to us both malfunctioning as before.Now ACS is ignoring our repeated call attempts We purchased used ACS steamers in In the summer of 2014, we began having major difficulties with them We spoke with [redacted] at ACS and he said he could do the needed repairs We were in the midst of our summer season with our family owned/operated carry out restaurant which is open Thursdays through Saturdays in the summer So we loaded up the steamers, and, on a Sunday am, drove from Delaware to Indiana [redacted] and his staff were cordial, and seemed knowledgeable They made some adjustments; however, since we had to get back to Delaware by the following Wednesday to open up again Thursday, they did not have time to fully take machines apart and do the suggested more thorough inspection/refurbishment, etc We drove home with the steamers, and while they were working better, the problems still persisted Our plan was to h
