Centennial at 5th staff made me sign a price sheet (not a lease), and is now arguing the worksheet is a binding document My lease is up for renewal soon, so I stopped by the Centennial at 5th leasing office to discuss optionsThe leasing agent presented me with a list of prices (which she referred to as a 'pricing matrix') and suggested I hold off on signing a lease for a couple weeksShe suggested calling the office in the subsequent weeks before my lease's expiration to see if pricing changed, as she said it does weeklyMeanwhile, she instructed me to sign the leasing matrix that day to "lock-in" the current pricing in case an increase would occur The following week, I called the office as instructed and was informed by a different agent that the matrix was indeed a binding document and any pricing changes did not apply to me(She told me at this point rent for the apartment model I'm living in had decreased by $a month.) Again, this was not presented as a legal contract

I am filing a complaint against Centennial at 5th apartments for wrongfully withholding money from my security deposit upon expiration of my lease
On 10-17-I inspected the apartment leased to me with an office employeeThere was a lot of things wrong some were fixed but not allThose things are all listed on the Inventory & Condition FormOne thing which is now my complaint was the carpetWe both acknowledged & it was written down that it was dirty with pet stains throughoutI had a pet myself so I didn't want to be blamed for it at the end of my leaseHe assured me not to worry that I wouldn't be responsible whenever I moved out as they had failed to have it properly cleaned before I moved inAfter moving in, I had a carpet cleaning company come out & I paid $out of my pocket but the pet stains still remainedExpiration of my lease came up & I decided not to renew for other reasonsSo I gave my notice to vacateA couple of days before move out I went to the office t

Unnecessary charges to a small crack in a Microwave door
On Wednesday, June 29th, I vacated a unit from Centennial at 5th ApartmentsUpon turning over the unit I conducted an inspection and cleaned out the unit to avoid feesAfter management conducted their inspection of the unit, they charged me for some minor cleaning of ceiling fans and minor cleaning of the refrigeratorThey are further trying to charge me $ dollars for the replacement of a Microwave Door that developed a small crack in the upper left hand side of the door that can only be visible with a flashlight up close to it from the pictures the leasing office provided me withUpon me vacating that unit the crack wasn't thereI don't agree with being charged for damages that I did not doManagement is accusing me of being negligent to a Microwave door with no proofI have disputed this charge with the Property Manager only to be told that the charges standsI also have pictures I took of that unit as wel

Nature of my dispute or complaint: Company charged me over $for cleaning fee from moving outRidiculous price!! (I don't have the form with me but I can certainly pdf a copy to you tomorrow) Tried to lower the price with them but they only remove $(wow) For example, counter top-$for not dusting it and more So I've end up paying $plus just for cleaning fee
When I've moved out they did not offer an inspection at all
