They suddenly raised the cost of the fiance visa fee when the fee had not been raised on the USCIS site I asked them about this, tried to make a deal to pay the fee as it was, and they were rude to me, told me I was wasting their time, then they turned around and deactivated my account with them TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Although I had no negative experiences with RapidVisa, what I will say is avoid using them. I did my K-1 visa through them in the last year. While the service is good and they are quick to respond, they really weren't helpful at all. They basically kept telling me to add more information to my application. I had to fill out all the paperwork myself and search for the answers to my questions online. Their responses are usually generic or something along the lines of "see the USCIS website". Well, sorry, but I could have done that without anyone telling me. I had to print everything out myself and mail it at my expense. So really all they did for their (not so cheap) fee was answer a few emails. Save that money, because this is not a cheap process and once you're married you have to file for adjustment of status. They charge another separate fee for that. I opted not to use them for that part and had no issues.

Avoid this company if you value your privacy in keeping you information confidential. After joining this service I recieved a email about bad employees in the company who comprised private information. I would not and do not trust this company and neither should you. If you need help with in this matter contqct a lawyer or find the information on how to prepare this on your own. There are many people and onlin3 communities who will help you do this for free without compromising tour private and most sensitive information.
